Environmental portraiture has become increasingly popular in recent years. The posing techniques and lighting used are similar to traditional studio portraiture but the location can range from a client’s elegant garden to local botanical gardens, state parks to national monuments.  In the DC area we are surrounded by such wonders and they provide a beautiful backdrop in which to record images of you and your family.
